I would like to configure Visual Studio Code to have a single tabbed area (pane) including Editors, Side Bar and Panels. Is it possible?
Here is a screen shot of Visual Studio 2019 showing all panes as tabs, to illustrate what I'm looking for. I used VS Code terminology for tab categories:
