Docker-Compose no longer works

All of the sudden my docker-compose commands within the VS code terminal do not work. I don't know that anything in my PC changed. It was working one day, next day it's not. I get the error:

SCH7489@S283142 MINGW64 ~/Documents/ELK/Repositories/SMF_Repo/Docker/fcms_elk_elastalert_docker (new_branch)
$ docker-compose up
bash: docker-compose: command not found

Also note: I remember my terminal being called "Docker-Compose" and it was not a regular bash terminal. I no longer have that option.
