Python install in Bash but not in windows cmd

Hi I am new to python and programming languages. I downloaded the bash terminal to windows and I see that python is already install:

I try to run python in the cmd for windows and it does not work, it makes the same in Visual Studio Code enter image description here

What do I need to do so I can run python in Visual Studio Code, I do not want to reinstall python in windows because I think it will create duplicates
